February is a fantastic time to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam, with optimal conditions across both countries. February is dry season so days should mostly be sunny with clear skies, although some rain is always a possibility in the tropics.
Upon arrival, an Immigration Officer will meet you at the end of the jet bridge (or at the entrance of the terminal if there is no jet bridge), holding a signboard with your name on it.
The officer will assist you with immigration procedures. Scenset will help with your multi-entry Vietnam visa. The estimated time to clear immigration is approximately 15-20 minutes per person.

Start today by exploring the iconic sites of Hanoi. First stop is the One Pillar Pagoda, a pilgrimage site for Vietnamese couples praying for the birth of a son.
Next, head to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first national university built in the late 11th century and one of Hanoi's best-preserved buildings, this is the most important of the so-called Temples of Literature to be found throughout Vietnam.
Continue to the Hanoi Hilton (or Hoa Lo prison), one of the most notorious sites from the Vietnam War, it was used by the French between 1896-1954 to imprison Vietnamese political prisoners before it housed American POWs. During the Vietnam War, scores of American pilots and soldiers were detained and tortured here, including two notable individuals.
Later, visit the Ethnology Museum which will give you a comprehensive overview of Vietnam's 54 ethnic minorities.
Finally, enjoy a cyclo tour exploring the bustling streets of Hanoi's Old Quarter, which is known for its '36 alleyways of 36 wares', named after the original 36 artisan guilds that date as far back as the 13th century.
This evening, enjoy an evening walking food tour through the streets of Hanoi, considered a mecca for delicious street food. Your guide will introduce you to some of the most iconic dishes of Northern Vietnam on this tour.

After your arrival in Siem Reap, enjoy a well-deserved afternoon relaxing.
Commence touring before dawn in order to witness the breathtaking view of the tropical sun emerging from behind the iconic lotus towers of Angkor Wat. Constructed over a period of 30 years during the reign of King Suryavarman II [AD1113], by some measures it is the largest religious complex in the world. Originally a Hindu Mountain temple aligned to the spring equinox, around the C16th it was converted to a Theravada Buddhist monument, a capacity in which it continues today.
Head through the temple from the West entrance to the East entrance where you will meet your driver.
Enjoy a light breakfast.
After, explore the well preserved central complex and detailed bas-reliefs depicting scenes from Hindu mythologies and battles of the ancient empire.
Return to Siem Reap for lunch.
Next, travel by road to the Victory Gate of Angkor Thom before heading into the depths of the temple at the atmospheric Preah Palilay. Your guide will point out the most interesting of the detailed bas reliefs illustrating everyday life in the Angkorian era.
As the sun begins to set on the Angkor Park, head onto an ancient water system in a traditional wooden boat, to relax with a G & T in hand accompanied by the sound of bird song.

Early this morning, venture out past Angkor Wat and the temple area to explore the countryside by quad. A fun way to take in the sights sounds and smells of the countryside, and ride through the villages, rice paddies, and wetland area.
Afterward, head back to the hotel to freshen up for a bit.
After lunch, depart Siem Reap and drive through beautiful rural Cambodia along traditional dirt roads to the Port of Mechrey, a small rarely-visited fishing village on the edge of the great lake.
Here, board your shallow-drafted boat which will enable you to reach the shallowest water areas and travel at speed.
Make your way through near empty waterways with remnants of floating villages and flooded forests all around, to the authentic village of Prek Toal, a permanent floating settlement complete with church, schools and stores.
A hive of activity, Prek Toal is the Tone Sap’s largest floating village and the jump off point for the best birding in the region (season dependent).
