The Seligman of today owes a lot to a soft-spoken Seligman barber who led efforts to preserve Route 66. When the town was bypassed by Interstate 40 in 1978, he formed the Historic Route 66 Association of Arizona. In 1987, Seligman became the Birthplace of Historic Route 66 when the State of Arizona acknowledged the stretch of road from Seligman to Kingman as Historic Route 66. The designation regenerated interest in Route 66's old-fashioned Americana, and Seligman remains as the starting point of the longest surviving section of America's iconic road, which runs 160 miles to Topock, Arizona.

Grand Canyon mule riders are able to take in the breathtaking vistas of Grand Canyon National Park while traveling along the rim of the canyon. Grand Canyon National Park Lodges offer a four-mile, three-hour mule activity (two-hours in the saddle) that departs five miles east of the Historic Grand Canyon Village at the Yaki Barn. Bus transportation is included to and from Yaki Barn. The mule ride travels along the East Rim Trail built by the National Park Service. Wranglers will stop at least six times along the trail to provide interpretive information about the geologic formations, human history, fire ecology, and more.

You will enjoy a 1 hour guided tour learning about the geology, and history of the beautiful Lower Antelope Canyon. After your tour you will learn more about the Navajo culture through our Hózhǫ́ Haz'ą́ Heritage site while enjoying a meal provided by us. Of course bring a camera, you will be taking a lot of photos!

Hummingbird Villa

Wonderful 4,100 sq. ft. custom home situated on 3/4 of an acre and bordering Zion National Park along the majestic Virgin River. The open layout features a master bedroom with 1 king bed and a huge master bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 features two twin-sized beds. Bedroom 3 features 1 queen sized bed and en suite bathroom, and bedroom 4 is located on the basement level with 1 queen bed and an en suite bathroom.

The home features a central great room with a spacious gourmet kitchen with granite counters, bar seating for 7, a dining area with seating for 8, and a living room area with an 86” smart TV, a large sectional sofa and electric fireplace.

Additionally, there is a sunken den with large picture windows, TV, and a sandstone fireplace adjacent to the master suite as well as another living area in the basement with a 70” Smart TV and Queen-sized pull-out bed, adjacent to bedroom 4. There is a card/game room, stocked with family games, playing cards, and poker chips.

Outside you will find a newly constructed private swimming pool, spa, and chaise lounges. There is a large grass yard accented with evergreen and seasonal flowering trees set against the backdrop of the amazing views of Zion National Park. The outdoor patio features lounge chairs, a sectional couch, and a BBQ area.
