In warm months, you’ll stop to enjoy lunch in a scenic location in nature before riding back to the ranch.

Fly-Fishing
Gear up and enjoy learning some of the tricks of the trade with a guide then practice your skills in a stocked pond or head out on your own to find a quiet spot on Bitterroot River to fish for your supper!

Hiking
Ease into the thrill of hiking unspoiled Montana wilderness during a guided hike. Choose your adventure from mild to workout with the option elevate your experience to include Nordic Walking, Snowshoe or Trail Running.

Biking
Enjoy an easygoing flat single-track mountain bike ride on dirt trails or on a fat tire bike through a winter wonderland on an hour-long adventure with a pro guide who will orient you to the sport. eBiking is also available on request.

Frontier Skills

• Fat Biking - Float atop the snowy terrain on a fat tire bike. With the stable, 4.5 inch-wide tires, winter mountain biking is not only extra fun, but will also take you places most humans don't venture to see in the cooler months. Enjoy an easy riverside ride along Rock Creek or strike out on six miles of groomed trails, specifically designed for fat bike riding. The Rod & Gun Club provides bikes to fit different sizes and support for guided or unguided adventures.
