Waterfall Swimming Tour
- This 1.5-2 hour guided tour takes place on private property that overlooks the Hule’ia watershed and Ha’upu Mountain range and has two secret waterfalls. A quick quarter mile (one way) hike is a great opportunity to visit two secluded waterfalls in the Lihue area. The 30’ Bamboo Falls is a great spot for pictures, and the 60’ Papakolea Falls offers the exciting opportunity to swim in, and climb behind a cascading waterfall!

This Star sailing adventure heads towards Na Pali with views of Niihau, Polihale and the ridges of Kokee. The morning departure generally means we have calmer conditions and virtually ensures an encounter with the massive pod of Hawaiian Spinner dolphins that cruise on the coast daily. On the Na Pali Coast, you'll see spectacular sea cliffs, numerous waterfalls and lava tubes. Our chef will prepare a delicious lunch for you onboard our galley.

Born and raised on Kaua’i, Kalen loves poke’ and has been teaching public poke’ classes from his homestead kitchen since 2019. Poke’ originated in Hawaii and is part of his scenset, coming from a family of fishermen who catered and hosted large backyard luaus. Join him for a couple of hours of fun, hands-on instruction where you will learn the scenset of poke’ and use the freshest, local fish and other ingredients to make the original local poke’, the popular modern-day spicy poke’, and then you’ll create your own.

Enjoy a unique fly-fishing experience for the elusive bonefish, either freshwater or salt water.
- Indulge yourself with a little fresh or saltwater guided fly fishing on the charming Garden of Kauai. Here on the island, you have the rare opportunity to fish for the elusive bonefish one day and rainbow trout the next. O'io (bonefish) in Hawaii are large, smart, and put up a good fight. Six to ten-pounders are common here and occasionally break double digits! You can often find them in the shallows, many times they're in deep enough water to conceal their tails while feeding.
