Your captain will then bring you to the edges of Admiralty Island so you may search the shores for grizzly bears.
Admiralty Island is renowned for its dense population of brown bears and the pristine wilderness of the Tongass National Forest. This area is home to one of the most concentrated bear populations in the world with over 1,600 bears living on the island. Known as "Fortress of the Bears" to the Tlingit natives, the island offers a rugged landscape rich in wildlife and old-growth rainforests.

No visit to Southeast Alaska is complete without spending some time near a tidewater glacier, and your private charter vessel can provide this up-close experience like no other.
