With many stops along the way, you will get a taste of Spain's many historic and cultural layers that make themselves known through customs, architecture, cuisine and the arts. Board your Premium Class wagon train from Madrid to Seville, the capital of Andalusia and watch the Spanish countryside zoom past you as you head south.
The train journey lasts for about two and a half hours.

Take a short day trip to the north-west of Seville, where the serene landscape meets clear skies. There, surrounded by gentle rolling hills, made all the more beautiful by the presence of evergreen oaks, eucalypts and wild olive trees you will find Finca la Mirandilla. The property extends over 625 hectares where 500 head of cattle can be found grazing peacefully along with the ‘toro bravo’, or fighting bull, that occasionally disturbs this tranquility.
This estate breeds bulls for the traditional bullfighting spectacle. Bullfighting is a crucial part of Spanish culture and heritage, and the tradition, as it is practiced today, involves professional toreros (also called matadors) who execute various formal moves which can be interpreted and innovated according to the bullfighter’s style or school. You will see these moves during the private Capea showing where the torero will use a cow to demonstrate the moves without harming the animal. You will also have the opportunity to try a few moves yourselves!

Highlights include the Giralda, the mighty bell tower which incorporates the mosque’s original minaret, the monumental tomb of Christopher Columbus, and the Capilla Mayor with an astonishing gold altarpiece.
Enjoy a spectacular show at the intimate Tablao de los Gallos where you can witness some of the best flamenco musicians and dancers interpret famous alegrias.
