In late June, the weather in Mallorca can be quite warm with daily highs ranging from 84°F to 91°F. In the evening, the low temperatures can get as low as 51°F, but it is typically hovering around the mid-60s.
Porto is a bit more comfortable during this time with an average high temperature of 78°F and low of 52°F.
The Azores is more of the same with temperatures ranging from the low-60s to mid-70s.
Chances of precipitation are slim in June and July for all destinations. On average, the percentage of precipitation is only about 5%, so you can expect sunny skies throughout your trip!

Tipping is always appreciated, though not obligatory. For drivers, we generally suggest a tip depending on the duration of the transfer. For guides, we recommend a tip for half day experiences or a tip for full day experiences.
In many restaurants a service charge is included in the bill, and tips, while appreciated, are not required. Tips, when given, tend to be 5 to 10% of the bill. In a café or tapas bar normally only a few coins (under 1€) are left.

Rising in honey-colored stone from the broad waters of the Badia de Palma, this enduring city dates back to the 13th-century Christian reconquest of the island, and to the Moors, Romans and Talayotic people before that. A richly studded diadem of historical sites, Palma also shelters a seemingly endless array of galleries, restaurants, craft studios and bars – it's without doubt Mallorca's greatest treasure. Wander in any direction from the awe-inspiring Gothic Catedral at its geographic and historical heart and you'll find bent medieval streets lined with aristocratic townhouses, looming baroque churches, teeming public squares, vibrant bohemian neighborhoods and markets overflowing with all the bounty of the island.
The historic tramway in Sóller has a peculiarity that makes it special compared to other urban streetcars: it joins the mountain and sea in a half hour trip, from the valley in the heart of the Serra with the port and the beach. It's a wooden 1900's style wagon, offering not only an experience back in time but some of the most beautiful views of the island.
- This train departs from a station and takes you through the mountains to Soller. We recommend this in the afternoon for icecream and drinks at Port de Soller.
Why not spend some time exploring the medieval town of Sóller where you can explore tiny streets filled with boutiques, bars and eateries. Indulge your taste buds at a local bistro to experience some "mar y montana" (sea and mountain) specialties.

- Visit Livraria Lello, built in 1906, this building is recognized as "one of the most beautiful bookshops in the world" as well as an architectureal jewel. Pro tip buy your ticket online and skip the queue!
- Catch the sunset. From your hotel walk to Miradouro do teleférico. Typically there will be musicians here at sunset just playing in the street and people sat on the grass of the park behind enjoying the views!

- Walk accross the higher part of the bridge Ponte Luis I for some more views and to enjoy the port on the other side.
