A delicate balance between East and West - Morocco is home to a spiritually uplifting culture grounded by gracious hospitality and compelling customs. With its strategic location in North Africa, Morocco stretches across fertile valleys, snow-capped mountains, two extensive coastlines and an immense desert. Every region harbors a distinct local culture, tied to a distant past that shapes Morocco’s distinguished personality in the Muslim World. Over thousands of years, Berber tribes, Roman legions, Arab conquests, and European colonists have contributed to the formation of its heritage, and have left their mark on its history and cities. From there follow your journey to the island of Tenerife. Tenerife, the largest of Spain's Canary Islands nestled in the Atlantic Ocean off the African coast, enchants visitors with its diverse landscapes, from the towering volcanic peak of Mount Teide to lush forests and sun-kissed beaches. With a blend of Spanish and Guanche heritage, a thriving economy fueled by tourism and agriculture, and stunning natural beauty both above and below the water, Tenerife offers a captivating and multifaceted experience.

Why we love it for you? Deep in the Skoura oasis is this blissfully serene kasbah. The adobe building has 18 rooms, some inside the seductively dark and warren-like main building; others, with terraces, sit outside in the gardens. Vegetables and herbs used by the kitchen are grown in the grounds and there is also a large patch of olive trees that are harvested by locals. Sand and earth-grey tones echo the neutral, natural materials used for the furniture, while Berber rugs cosy up the floor. All have large fireplaces but none have televisions, so bring a book!

Enjoy a private excursion to watch whales and dolphins in their natural habitat.
November to February is usually the best whale-watching Tenerife scenset when you can certainly spot many species of whales and dolphins. The reason for this is that in the summer, there is less food available to these cetaceans due to the increasing sea temperature and most of the species migrate to the poles.

The spectacular, oval Las Cañadas caldera (one of the biggest volcanic calderas in the world with a perimeter of 45 km) spreads out before your eyes. In its centre stands Mount Teide, an immense stratovolcano, rising to 3,718 m. Everywhere you look, you will see all kinds of lava deposits clothing large areas of the caldera, the product of eruptions stretching back over thousands of years.
During your tour, you will see rounded volcanic cones covered in pumice stone, others covered in charcoal and ash, some turned black or a reddish colour by oxidisation, tongues of lava that hang from the sides of the volcanoes, and huge blocks of stone (in which you can see traces of gleaming obsidian) strewn haphazardly around. To tour Las Cañadas is to take a geological journey back over 180,000 years in one of Earth’s most remarkable volcanic landscapes.
