February can be the best time of year to visit Peru if you are traveling to the coastal regions. You can expect temperatures to be warm and sunny at around a pleasant 85˚F. There will be very little rainfall!

Plaza de Armas is the birthplace of the colonial city centre and where independence from Spanish rule was declared. It serves as the epicenter of the old town, surrounded by the Cathedral of Lima (St. John the Apostle and Evangelist) the Municipal Palace and Archbishop’s Palace, The Magistrate House (Casa del Oidor) and the Government Palace. Casa de Aliaga, a 500-year-old colonial mansion that has been in the same family for 17 generations. Continue on to the leafy neighborhood of San Isidro and end once again in the beautiful oceanfront of Miraflores.

Once at Pisco Airport, board your Cessna Grand Caravan, an aircraft that comfortably holds up to 12 passengers. After an exciting flight over the Nazca Lines, which takes about an hour and a half, the plane will land back in Pisco. During your flight you will enjoy a spectacular opportunity to see 12 of the most famous Nazca Lines, including the hummingbird, dog, hands, astronaut, tree, spider, whale, lizard, shark and more.
