Today marvel at the stunning views as you ride the steepest cable car lift in the Southern Hemisphere and one of the must-do activities in Queenstown! Sit back and relax as the views unfold before your eyes and the gondola carries you 450 metres above Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu to the top of Bob's Peak. En route, enjoy a spectacular 220-degree panorama, with breathtaking views of Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Walter Peak, Cecil Peak and over the city.
On arrival, the purpose-built viewing platforms and outdoor terraces provide great photo opportunities.

Today, head to the town of Wanaka and enjoy the famous hike up Mount Roy with a local guide.
Enjoy a guided hike up a well-known summit with spectacular views. The track begins by zigzagging along a steep 4WD track from the carpark to the conservation area. From there, continue on through wild tussock grasslands until you reach the summit.
Along the way, take time to enjoy the spectacular views from the ridgeline, which take in much of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding peaks, including Mount Aspiring.
A guide and transportation to and from Queenstown are included to make the actual hike your only challenge today!
