The Italian dolce vita is difficult to describe. It is something that truly needs to be experienced first-hand. It is found in the ambient sounds of Rome's cobblestone streets, in the rows of vines of Tuscany's tranquil vineyards, reflecting in the immaculate and azure Mediterranean waters off the Amalfi Coast, and in the daily interactions with Italy's jovial citizens. The unbridled romanticism of a holiday in Italy will leave you with memories lasting a lifetime.
Slow down to see the world, for the earth has music for those who listen.

With an uncanny sense of foresight, Rome was first called the Eternal City 2,000 years ago. Even by today’s standards, it’s still grand in a way that few other places can compare to. The buildings are dilapidated and the roads disheveled, but chaos has never looked so exquisite. The cobblestone streets may be nonsensical, but a wrong turn always leads to an unexpected delight: an intimate piazza, a baroque fountain, or a homey trattoria serving house-made cacio e pepe.
Upon arrival in Rome, a private English-speaking driver will greet you with a name sign at the arrivals terminal. You will be transferred in a private vehicle to your first hotel in Rome.
Accompanied by a private guide and armed with special skip-the-line tickets, you will explore one of the most sacred sites of Christendom, enriched by the knowledge of a highly knowledgeable expert. The tour will focus on the Vatican Museums, which opened in the 16th century and are visited by millions of people a year. “A dream place”—that’s how a writer described Amalfi. And when you take in the Path of the Gods, the hotels, the food and the Limoncello, you’ll understand why. Dream place? More like fantasy land—but who are we to correct a Nobel laureate?
Today you will board a high-speed train to Naples!
Your private driver will be waiting for you with a name sign at the train station in Naples to transport you to the Amalfi coast, where your adventure continues!
While most of Italy is about sightseeing, there’s nothing to visit per se on the Amalfi Coast. Instead of lavish churches and ancient monuments, the rugged coastline is the sight, best enjoyed from a hilltop al fresco restaurant, the bow of a yacht, or inside your car while navigating one of the world’s most scenic drives. Amalfi is a luxurious destination with a humble past, where glitzy villas still intermingle with sleepy fishing villages and bucolic lemon orchards.
This morning venture to the breathtaking Il Sentiero degli Dei , the "path of the Gods", for a hike to remember.
Make your way through paradise on the ancient path that used to connect the sleepy hamlet of a town near Positano to a town in Agerola just outside Naples. Named after the natural beauties of its views, the trail is considered one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the world.
On the hike you will discover the remains of ancient farmhouses and meet local shepherds carrying wood with their mules, or milk to remote towns dotted around the hills and along the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Get ready to spoil your senses and experience the true essence and glory of Amalfi today!

Best known as the heel of Italy’s boot, Puglia has long been a favorite getaway for Italians but is still relatively off the radar for foreign tourists. Cavernous grottos and sandy beaches draw visitors to the dreamy Salento Peninsula, but the countryside is just as alluring with the fairy tale trulli cottages. You’ll likely see local women hand rolling orecchiette pasta in the street, best enjoyed with freshly caught seafood and a glass of burgeoning Puglia wine.
This morning, listen to your favorite Italian playlist and relax while your private driver takes you to the beautiful city of Lecce.
On your drive down, you'll make two important stops:
Two highlights of Puglia are the beautiful trulli houses of Alberobello and the delicious burrata cheese. During your trip to Puglia, you'll experience both! You'll walk the streets of Alberobello and learn about the history of these interesting structures. Then, you'll visit a burrata cheese shop, learning about this amazing local product and tasting it.
Your home for the next few days is Lecce, sometimes referred to as 'the Florence of the South'. Lecce is best known for its exuberant Baroque architecture. A relaxed university city with a glut of flamboyant buildings, its panache owes as much to the properties of the local limestone as to 17th-century fashions.
On your time in Puglia you must head to Ostuni, also known as the White City. Built atop a hill to protect from invaders, Ostuni is a maze of alleyways, staircases and arches, of houses built upon houses; hundreds of years of history laid out before you in a way no map can truly explain or capture.
We have arranged a perfect visit there for you with a knowledgeable local guide who will show you the best spots in the city and take you for a hike in Alto Salento!
Why we love it for you?

For your last two days in Puglia, head down to the very end of the boot for some relaxation. You will stay in Otranto! This is a favorite Italian destination for a summer holiday, with gorgeous beaches and delicious restaurants.
Why we love it for you:
An enchanting location just a few minutes from Otranto, surrounded by verdant olive groves and the azure Salento sea. The Baglioni Masseria Muzza is a magical historic property deep in the Salento countryside amid the Mediterranean flora, the fragrance of the olives, and the beautiful Adriatic beaches. It is a superlative blend of the simplicity of the old Puglia tradition and the excellence of luxury Italian hospitality in inimitable Baglioni style.
The heart of the masseria is the 17th-century building: its rooms and suites in whitewashed limestone and exposed masonry exude an essential elegance, enhanced by the tasteful furnishings in classic Puglia style.

Palazzo Dama is an 18th-century party pad turned luxury boutique hotel. The owner has a magpie’s eye for elegant paintings, sculptures and photographs and their collection is proudly displayed throughout. Elaborate gold frames and sparkling chandeliers – pinched from New York’s Plaza, no less – add a touch of historic glamour, whereas rooms and suites are more understated in style. In the garden there’s that rarest of Rome finds: a marble-lined swimming pool to soak in and sunbathe by.
