In this culinary journey, we will tell the Sicilian gastronomical story in four courses; from appetizer to dessert. Emblematic dishes in their preparation and undisputed protagonists of our table. You will hear about the historical Arab, Norman and Spanish influences of each course. A small excerpt from a gastronomic atlas made up of stories of great dishes, great women and men expertly narrated in the book "Sicilia - la cucina di casa Planeta".
