The small town of Taormina is located on the East coast of Sicily, overlooking the Ionian Sea. It bears an incredible history, dating back to the Greeks who founded it in 358B.C, and it is steeped in historical sites. Follow your guide as they tell the tale of Taormina and learn all about the many civilizations that marked their passing through this land.
At the end of the walking tour, hop on your private Piaggio Ape Calessino with your driver, who will transport you to the small community of Castelmola for an aperitivo.
Make sure you climb up to the remains of the Mola Castle, from where you can enjoy the best view of Mount Etna, the majestic highest volcano in Europe that, in addition to its grandeur, makes its presence felt with spectacular eruptions and columns of smoke.

This morning, join a naturalistic guide and travel by Jeep to the northern side of Mt. Etna to explore the largest active volcano in Europe. Like many of Sicily's coastal towns, Siracusa was once an ancient Greek settlement of the Magna Graecia era. Go back in time with your expert local guide and discover the city's ancient relics, medieval monuments and modern-day market.
Stroll through the island of Ortigia that forms the historic heart of the medieval center and visit the vast cathedral square with its 17th-century Duomo and ornate Baroque palaces. The nearby Fountain of Arethusa, fed by an underground spring, has snow-white ducks paddling under its leafy papyrus plants and stunning sea views.
Ortigia's open air market is the final stop, where fishmongers wield their knives, vendors loudly tout their towering piles of

The Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking Experience is a farm-to-table cooking school located in a 19th-century wine estate in the beautiful, remote Sicilian countryside. Courses are taught by a cookbook author and video maker, the founder's daughter, and a chef.
The school is set within the large family property, and includes a working farm and extensive vegetable garden, orchard, and herbal garden, all grown according to organic principles. The chef will share their knowledge of local cuisine and its history so you can learn how to prepare “caponata”, “arancini”, and “cannoli” with sweet ricotta cheese.
