Join a local family to learn about some of the recipes of Ischia that call the island home.
Each participant will join the preparation of the meal starting from the first course to the dessert. Some of the ingredients will be picked directly from the family’s garden.
You will learn how to prepare homemade pasta, as tagliatelle, "Parmigiana" (a delicious dish with eggplants); the ragu sauce and a typical dessert of the Neapolitan tradition.
During the cooking class, you will experience the aperitif, sourcing the wine directly from the barrel of the family cellar. Once ready, gather around the table to have lunch all together; just like a typical Italian Sunday.

Campania cuisine captured your heart as much as the beauty of the landscape that surrounds you. Are you curious to learn all the secrets and prepare delicious and simple dishes? Do you want to discover all the curiosities about the famous Sfusato, the Amalfi lemon of our production, visiting our lemon groves and the farm where we produce limoncello? Give yourself a day of complete relaxation and enjoyment in contact with nature, cooking and tasting simple and delicious food of our tradition. First, we will take a walk in our lemon groves. The lemon tour lasts approximately 1 hour. Then the course. Remember, our motto is “If you don’t cook, you don’t eat!”. When you’re done with it, you will visit our Museum of Rural Culture Art and Crafts and our farm. You will have our gardens all for you, free to spend carefree moments even after the tour is over. Tour available from April to October, every day except on Sunday. Starting in the late afternoon. For your safety and to comply with safety regulations, we may be forced to prevent you from participating in our tours if you wear unsuitable shoes (e.g. slippery heels or soles).
