In October, Sicily experiences mild and pleasant weather. The average temperatures range from around 18°C (64°F) to 24°C (75°F), with warmer days and slightly cooler evenings. The island enjoys around 6 to 7 hours of sunshine per day, providing ample opportunity for outdoor activities. While there may be some rainfall as it transitions to autumn, precipitation levels are generally lower compared to earlier months. The sea surrounding Sicily remains relatively warm, with temperatures ranging from about 22°C (72°F) to 24°C (75°F). Overall, October can be a pleasant time to visit Sicily, with milder temperatures, fewer crowds, and the chance to enjoy the beauty of the island.
