As a full service design and production house, Wild Heart Events will take care of the wedding logistics at Villa Astor from start to finish, including the guests’ arrival and first impression through welcome party/dinner, wedding day timeline, set-up, management and guest experience, and finally any post-wedding moments such as a brunch or pool party.
The below suggestions are merely a starting point. We will work hand in hand with the couple to customize the experience and aesthetic based on preferred spend, timeline leading up to the event and client’s personal style, presenting many options to choose from in a tiered format. We will design each event to reflect the couple's personalities and preferences. We look forward to the opportunity to create a memorable weekend for everyone.

Wild Heart Events have executed hundreds of weddings across the United States and around the world working with luxury clients in unique destinations from private chateaus and villas in Italy, France, Switzerland and Mexico to 5 star resorts such as Crillon-le-Brave, Belmond Caruso, The Four Seasons, Rosewood properties and more.
Our approach to weddings is to look at the entire experience from a hospitality standpoint, creating a personalized and intimate experience for guests that is more in line with hosting the best soiree our couples can imagine and then imparting the formalities of a wedding they wish to include. Our designs trend towards modern and organic luxury, tailored to the personality of our clients.
Jaime will be handling all design and logistics for the wedding day. Jaime is the mastermind behind Wild Heart Events, a destination design and planning firm based out of Santa Barbara, CA with experience across the globe.
Lead Destination Producer Vanessa will be the lead producer of the wedding as the feet on the ground in Italy along with our assistant Jenna.
Jill and her team will produce all florals for the wedding weekend from enhancing the villa to the wedding itself.

Costs will be dependent upon the couple's chosen elements. We estimate a budget of approximately $60k for a single-day event and up to $180k for the full weekend program.
