Kibbutz luxury life

In the heat of the Israeli desert, this kibbutz appears like a mirage, promising luxury, wellness, and sustainability.

Opening in the summer of 2021, the Six Senses Shaharut is nestled into a cliff in the small community of Shaharut and bordering Timna Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with incredible panoramic views of the desert. The Kibbutz offers local, farm-grown food that's paired with fire-pit cooking, along with camel stables and an outdoor cinema for extra entertainment.

Desert silence, kibbutzing, and starry skies

Six Senses is all about connections – with yourself, with nature and with your fellow travelers.

To reconnect with yourself, look no further than a mindful stroll in the fresh morning air. Wander into the desert and enjoy the complete silence of the surrounding dunes.

To connect with like-minded people, Kibbutzing together is where it's at. Enjoy an authentic Bedouin breakfast and a farm-to-table lunch together, before swapping desert stories and then gliding into the night with music and pre-dinner cocktails.

For nature lovers, it's impossible to resist the chance to concoct potions from local herbs, spices, and oils. Make sure you sample the plant-based lunch, made with local ingredients from nearby farms, and end the day stargazing at the night sky and dreaming of the distant cosmos.
