It is always warm here with an average daily high temperature of 88 F. Humidity ranges between 75% and 85% most of the time, and there is a chance of rain 365 days a year. Often, rainfall comes in passing showers followed by blue skies and sunshine.
Beginning in July, the islands of Bawah are a sanctuary for the hawksbill and green turtles that come ashore to lay their eggs.

The Meet & Greet personnel will be waiting outside the Aerobridge holding a sign at least 15 minutes before the flight arrival. The personnel will assist your family to immigration for clearance as well as for the luggage collection on the designated luggage belt. After luggage collection, the personnel will call the limousine driver to advise the door number for pick-up.

Start off your first evening in Singapore with drinks at the snazzy rooftop of your hotel, Lantern Bar. You'll have views of the marina while enjoying some excellent craft cocktails (ordering at least one Singapore sling may be obligatory...).

Today is all about exploring this exciting city for the first time at your leisure. Look below for some suggestions of what to see.
Begin the day with a stroll to Merlion Park to enjoy the impressive views of Marina Bay. Then, take a stroll around the city passing by the Padang, Singapore Cricket Club, the historic Parliament House, and the National Gallery Singapore.
From here, head to Chinatown to see the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple & Museum. Pause for a private meditation session in front of a Buddha relic.
Back outside, stroll through Singapore’s historic Chinatown, a bustling mix of old and new, filled with traditional shops and markets as well as hip stores and cafes.

Head to MacRitchie Reservoir Park (approximately 20 minute drive), where you can immerse yourself in the natural side of Singapore that most visitors never see. Hike through the lush green foliage and cross the Treetop Walk, a 250-meter aerial suspension bridge connecting the parks two highest points. In this tropical rainforest, look out for playful long-tailed macaque monkeys, striped plantain squirrels and monitor lizards.

Your journey to Bawah Reserve begins with a luxury car from your hotel in Singapore, to Tanah Merah Ferry terminal. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Here you will be met by a member of the Bawah team and escorted on a short ferry ride to Batam, Indonesia.

After arriving at the private lounge in Batam airport, you will board the 80-minute private seaplane that will take off on land and arrive in the beautiful lagoon right in front of your suite.

Snorkeling and most water activities are included in your stay. Scuba diving incurs an extra cost.
With no light pollution, Bawah Reserve is a great place to see the night sky in all its glory. On the beach in front of The Boat House, accompanied by a local astronomer, scan the skies and learn about the stars and planets you find through the telescope.
In the afternoon, find total zen and integrated well-being in the soothing, natural surroundings of the Aura Spa. Nestled in the island’s beachfront jungle, indulge in a variety of tropical spa experiences, ranging from sea salt scrubs and locally sourced Ayurvedic oil massages, Pilates and sunrise qigong on the beach.

Goodbye paradise, it's time to head back to Singapore for one final night and then onwards to Boston!
Today, your departure seaplane will land in front of the resort for the return flight to Batam, where you will take the ferry back to Singapore.
Your luggage will be collected two hours before departure and taken to the jetty. You'll have to leave your hotel room around midday to check out and take the short walk to the jetty where your seaplane awaits.

The seaplane arrives at Batam Airport and your family will be transported in a private car to Batam Ferry Terminal. The journey is approximately 20 minutes.
Upon arrival in Singapore, it is an unescorted journey and you will clear the immigration lane on your own. A driver will meet you once you have passed immigration and collected your luggage for the drive to your hotel.
Head to the sprawling open market of Timbre+, one of the coolest places to grab food in a city that has no shortage of great eateries.
You'll be picked up in the evening, and no reservation is needed since it's an open-air market.

It's hopefully been an incredible trip, but it's time to say goodbye. The vacation may be over, but the memories will last a lifetime.
Your departure flight leaves from Terminal 4. To get there, you need to take the complimentary shuttle bus from Arrival Hall Door 1 at Terminal 2. Terminal 2 is a 5-minute walk from your hotel.
The journey takes about 10 minutes and the shuttle bus leaves every 10 minutes.
