There is an old Greek saying that goes along the lines of 'When God wanted to recreate Heaven on Earth; he made Greece', and it's easy to see why. The crystal blue waters of the Aegean, the idyllic Cycladic islands, the relics and monuments of one of the most impactful civilizations that have persisted for a millennium; it's all just a fraction of the allure that enamors visitors to this sanctuary in the Mediterranean.

The local residents on Paros would tell you that their island is the most inviting of all the Cyclades. While they may be biased, itโs hard not to agree once youโre there. The gentle waves and sneaking coves beckon visitors like a sirenโs song, and the people are so hospitable you may end up in someoneโs home for family dinner. Brandishing its community spirit, Paros is also on track to become the first plastic-free island in the Mediterranean.
Between sea and mountains, Villa Philia is ideal for rediscovering all of the most beautiful Greek landscapes and connecting with nature. Perched on top of a hill, it overlooks the island of Paros, and its view of the sea is breathtaking. After taking a dip in the pool, bask in the sun and head to the rooftop for a drink with your loved ones. Surrounded by a preserved nature reserve, it is also an invitation to escape into the heart of the wilderness.

Enjoy these days exploring the beaches of Paros, shopping in Naousa town, as well as venturing to the nearby islands for a fun-filled day trip on the water!
During this tour you will have the opportunity to see the wonderful highlights of Paros. Early in the morning you will board your private, air-conditioned luxury vehicle and start exploring the island. Our first stop will be Paroikia, the capital of Paros. Standing tall, a 13th century Venetian castle is the main attraction and offers spectacular views of the town.
We will visit Paros' most iconic attraction, the Panayia Ekatontapiliani Church, a religious landmark dating back to the 6th century that attracts numerous visitors every year. We will then make our way to the village of Lefkes, the ancient capital and one of the most picturesque villages on the island. Located in the central part of Paros, the village stands at 300 meters above sea level on a hill with fragrant olive and pine trees and offers showstopping views to the neighboring island of Naxos. While in Lefkes, we can make an optional stop at a traditional Kafenio to enjoy a Greek coffee and a pastry.
The last stop will be none other than the colorful fishing village of Naoussa with its cosmopolitan flair and whitewashed Cycladic houses adorned with bougainvillea. We will stroll through the meandering alleyways to explore this pretty town before returning to your villa.

Despotiko is a small islet with beautiful golden beaches, ideal for swimming. Right out of Despotiko, we set sail for our last stop, the previously seen sea caves of Antiparos, always weather permitting. During one of your free days, we suggest walking the ancient Byzantine Trail. Through Parosโ green and flowery meadows, along hillsides and down into cool valleys, a path of weathered, grey marble flagstones meanders from the pretty hillside village of Lefkes to Prodromos, a small, old, fortified Cycladic settlement. This is the Byzantine Road, built about one thousand years ago as part of the main thoroughfare across Paros from Paroikia to Piso Livadi, at a time when the Aegean Sea was infested with pirates. Today, the Byzantine Road offers a lovely and only mildly strenuous amble that covers 3.5 kilometers, crossing the islandโs interior through the villages of Lefkes and Prodromos.
