• Boulangerie Poilâne: In 1923, the original Poilâne bakery opened its doors and has been known for their traditional country bread ever since. Nowadays, their miche bread, a sourdough wheel known as pain de campagne or country bread, is stocked in various establishments such as supermarkets, specialty stores, and restaurants, making up approximately 3% of all bread sales in Paris as of 2012. Apart from their signature loaf, the bakery also offers a selection of delightful breakfast pastries, specialty breads, and exquisite croissants.

In the years that followed, other skippers joined the regatta and it became known as Nioulargue. Many years later, it eventually became Les Voiles de Saint Tropez in 1999.
